DCL Points/ Cash

Hi all!

I am considering a DCL 7day cruise for DW and myself in January. Is it possible to use points for one and pay cash for the other? How to the rates/ fare compare to booking with DCL directly?

yes...we did that a few years ago, but I do not reccomend that as you can rent your points for $10-12 and then buy the crusie for cash (aslo try AAA discount) and save over $1000.

When we first joined DVC in 2000, we bought more points that we needed just for the DCL, then it seemed the points needed to crusie skyrocketed and it was not worth the $/point as compared to renting them out.
