DCL Planning Video

Like most of you I have been on several DCL sailings and know the ships inside and out. I ordered a vacation planning video back in January and it never arrived, I ordered an additional one in March, still have it has not arrived. Anyone else run into this? It seems several years ago planning a Disneyland trip that my video never arrived either. Not that I need it but it's something I would like to watch over and over and over and over and over, okay you get the idea.

Seems like we have had that problem before. I think it normally takes 6 to 8 weeks after you request it. After that I'd request it again. I know the feeling, don't need the tapes, but they are fun to watch, and makes the time between cruises go a little bit faster.

Ordered mine in March, still not here yet.
