~We set up our Christmas Tree on top of the Steamer Trunk~

The towel Angel we got the first night. I cruised with my Mom and DD, no husband , under the tree is the Mickey Necklace hubby sent with me to open on Christmas.

I was told Disney is ok with towel animals leaving with guests...

I only took the one. The rest went back into the towel pile ... most of them were made loose and were lost just by moving them. The angel is tied so it keeps it's shape and it's little so I figured it was ok to take home.

My dd was in love with the towel animals (saved hers everyday) and really liked the snake. We asked the room cast member and was told we could take the snake home with us. So I think as long as you don't take all of them but maybe one and you ask it should be ok.

Please know I was just kidding about her leaving with you. I actually left our last cruise with two towels courtesy of the room steward. He knew I wasn't feeling well, and offered me a couple to take with me in case I had "issues" after I left the ship.

When I'm told something is an absolute no-no I listen. I was told not to grab any fruit, flowers or even seashells from the islands cause I could be bringing home more than I bargained for. (Think mites and bugs and snails-oh my.) When my girls wanted to pick a coconut or take shells I asked them to leave them be and they obliged me without question
