DCL on Points Question

I was looking at the points chart for DCL. I have some points I banked from last uy and some to use from this year. Was thinking about the cruise. But I saw on the point chart page where it said we cannot book a Disney collection vacation in the last 4 months of our uy. Does that include the cruise? My uy is March (so any points I want to bank, I must do by Oct. 31)
So if the cruise date I wanted was in Dec., does that mean I can't use points to book it, since it's within the last 4 months of my uy?

As I understand it,
As long as you reserve your cruise at least 5 months in advance, you can go on any cruise (that has availability and you have available points)
Disney needs at least, those 4 months to sell your points as a cash reservation.

hakepb is correct. You can travel within the last 4 months of your UY, you just can't book during that time. As long as you book before that 4-month period begins you'll be all set.
