DCL merchandise

I purchased a Beach towel on Castaway Cay this past August, packed it away for the winter and when I washed it the first time, the "hem" fell out all along the one side and it is all frayed.

Does anybody know if I call DCL will they do anything about it? If so, can I have a phone number or other contact info?

A few days after we got off the cruise one of the toy ships my kids bought broke. We called Disney they said we need to contact Disney Merchandise. They asked us to fax them a copy of the receipt. We did and they shipped us a new one. Call and ask the phone #407-363-6200 or e-mail at wdw.mail.order@Disney.com and see what they say.
