Hmm, maybe we can see if we can plan a group thing for the train. That would be fun! Depending on when people are arriving in Seattle. I'm thinking of getting there the Saturday before the cruise. Just have to decide where I want to spend time before and after the cruise.

That would be fun. I would like to spend some time in Vancouver before the cruise. I really knew little about it until the Olympics. It was so beautiful!

Can you recommend a hotel that is within walking distance of Stanley Park?
I would like to stay at Pan Pacific before the cruise but, would love to stay close
the park. I hear it is fantastic.

Did anyone one see the post on the cruise board about the Edge (tween club 11-13) coming to the Wonder in Dec 2010? This is great since my son will be 13 and his friend 12. Matt was looking forward to the teen club but is excited to be with his friend.

Hopefully, they will post more info soon.

Hi there, we've been booked since the "Silver" entry - but have been consumed with starting a business (a B & B near Niagara Falls, Canada if anyone is interested!) and planning our Northern Europe Disney Cruise in two weeks! So just checking in for now and will lurk occasionally over the next few months. Traveling are myself, DH and DD 9 at time of cruise. We will probably be flying in from Toronto to Vancouver, possibly staying with extended family a day or two before we sail. Vancouver is my favourite city - can't wait to share it with DD.

Looks like we are going to Disneyland the week before the cruise and go from there to Vancouver. D23 convention is that week and our DD is a member so we (DW & Mysef) get to go along. Have been listing to WDW Today Podcast from the last D23 and it sound like a lot of fun.

Nancy and I were talking that if we all fly into Washington then we rent a van and drive to Vancover? It might be cheaper in the long run. Just an idea.

Quick post as I'm super busy getting ready for visiting the Mouse in DL next week. But, just wanted to let you know that we reached the:

400 days until we sail to Alaska with Mickey mark

I was planning on taking Marina to WDW and DCL-3 night to see the Christmas decorations end of NOv./Dec Just a mom/daughter trip.
She decided that she could not go on a cruise without her dad.
So, then it was a week at WDW.

Now, she wants me to take her to Chicago to the American Girl Doll Store.
