DCL Email re: 4-night Fantasy?

Would you mind to post (or PM) what you originally paid and what your refund was? Or if you are uncomfortable, just what percent of your original total the refund was (20%, 30% etc.)? I haven’t gotten an email yet and I’m trying to estimate what the refund will be.
If all 7 nights are charged at the same rate then 3 nights off is 43%. Disney refunded me 45%. I was pleasantly surprised by this extra 2%. Their iemized receipt takes any travel insurance (through them) into account so that price was reduced to match the shortened protection length. The receipt also takes any ground transport and airfare (purchased through them) into account but those figures don't change since they're a set price.
For math's sake, I rounded the figures to two digits.

The 11K was the balance they had due after being upgraded from an inside cabin to concierge
Oh, they still owe 11K because they upgraded themselves to a concierge from their original inside. Got it.

I miss read it as "they upgraded from inside to concierge because they had so much refund from the 7 night to the 4 night" ... (aka $11K) that they had to spend it.

I think the story is actually, Disney upgraded their cabin from an inside to concierge and sent them the new cruise with an 11k balance due. (mystery, non-free upgrade)

I am still waiting for the refund details on our new 4 night cruise. But I do have a question for those of you that used a FCC from a previously cancelled cruise. Did anyone use a previous FCC to book this cruise and if so, did the refund go to onboard credit or did they still refund it to your original form of payment (prior to FCCs from all of the cancellations)? Thanks

Mine was a FCC from a 5/2020 Alaskan Cruise...it is just sitting as a credit.

I did not check to see if I had an option, but I think it had to stay as credit for me because I had the 25% bonus. I applied it to a cruise next September on the same itinerary that this one was supposed to be.
