DCL deal on points

We are doing the Wonder in Feb, after a few days at USF. We booked on points. We heard that we may be able to get a deal on a second three day cruise later in the year. How many points or cash will it cost and when will we have to take our cruise. It will be our 10th anniversary in Oct.

DH and I are taking advantage of this deal. After you sail between 01/31/08 and 03/28/08 (w/the exception of spring break) on a 4 or 7 night cruise you can book a 3 day between August and December for $99.00 per person (plus fuel if applicable). DH and I were already booked on the 01/31/09 cruise on points so I called member services and had the promo code added to our ressie. When you board there will be a voucher in your stateroom with instructions for booking. Per member services the $99.00 deal can be booked between 04/06/09 and 5/30/09 and must be a cash ressie. Thanks,i just called MS and they said the vouchers would be in our room. the only difference was that we could use points for that reservation as well. It would be 23 points per person or $160 per person. That would be the deal when booking the first cruise by points.

Wow that's awesome. I guess something has changed. I remember I specifically asked about this and I was told it was for cash reservations only. It really is a great deal, I am looking forwarded to only having to pay 320.00 for a 3 night and 23 points isn't bad compared to the what the normal points would be. Happy Cruising!

Remember if you book the bounce back cruise with points instead of cash, it will include the fees and fuel charge as per the details on DVCmember.
