I have posted this on the cruise board but wondered if anyone here has any idea what this is?
It's on page 17 of the new DCL brochure :confused3

DCL know nothing about it and have asked me to scan & email the brochure over to them

has anyone received their brochure and looked into it already?

I received the brochure in the post this morning, just had a look to see what you mean. I think it means complimentary as in goes alongside the cruise ie. it compliments it/goes with it. It doesn't mean that it is free, that's how I read it anyway. There's no way that they are going to be giving away free transatlantic flights. It just a package that you can book to go alongside the cruise.

It says at the bottom that the air programme can be added for additional charge and is not included in the cruise price.

The brochure is grammatically incorrect, it says complimentary and should say complementary.

I read it as complimentary for UK residents taking a US based cruise :confused3 I guess you could be right though..

as a lot of cruise lines are now offering free flights to get people on board and when most of the cruises are from US ports, I thought that this could be a way to get more UK customers on cruises?

maybe I was just wishful thinking but you never know :confused3

If this is just a gramatical error, DCL had better get a new brochure pringed quickly as they are going to get a lot of people enquiring about it :upsidedow

The first sentence is a bit misleading, but it's quite clear once you read the whole page that you have to pay for flights - the only free bit is an overnight stay at a Disney hotel.

Also, on page 33, it states the Magic/Wonder Cat 7, 6 and 5 have 'one large porthole or two small windows', as well as having a verandah! I guess the glass sliding door counts as a window - right?! :rotfl:
