DCL bus video...is it boring?

Hey,
I was wondering what the video on the bus is like? Is it the same video that can be ordered? You know the one...they say it takes 2-3 weeks to receive and it ends up being 3months!! LOL.

It was a different movie from what we've received as a promo. It did a pretty good job of going over logistics, etc. Parts of it were from the promo.

But it has been a couple of years now since I saw it, so someone who has used the buses more recently may want to comment.

We just returned from a 4 day on August 15. The video (our first experience on the bus) was very informative. They start it about 30 - 40 minutes into the trip. As your approaching the ship, the video mentions that "up ahead is your ship" (or something like that). It was informative and made the time go quickly.

The video on the way to the airport was also enjoyable.

The video going to the ship gives a run through of what it's like on board. I think it adds to the excitement. The video on the way home is mostly Mickey cartoons which are light and cute. We are going on the Wonder next July. DH & I already saw the video but our kids are joining us this time. We chose to take the bus again (although a rental car would probably save us $$) because we feel that the video really set the stage for a great trip and the time passes by quickly!

We use Happy Limo now, but back in the days when we used to take the bus, I always enjoyed the video even though I had seen it multiple times already. It builds up excitement for the cruise. I know they do update it because we saw two or three different versions in all the times that we used to take the bus.
