We did the Vancouver to SD repo this past September and didn't have warm weather until the last 1/2 day of the cruise. I really am hoping to enjoy the pool deck of the Wonder!
We did a 5 day Baja Mexico in October. We had good weather, but I really miss the 7 day cruises. 5 days went by so quickly that I literally needed a vacation from our vacation! We had 3 days at Disneyland after the cruise. We were so tired that DH and I had to take major naps the 1st 2 days!!!

I'm wondering if that means EBPC will be October 2017 and it will be a single port stop at that time.

I hope they make more than one stop. It's not like they're in a hurry to get to the Caribbean with three other DCL ships already there.

Oh Jack.....it's all about perspective lol You guys, coming from Arizona, thought it was cold. However we found it was only cold for about 1 day of that cruise :stir: :rotfl2:

I know, we're big wusses here. I was complaining this past Tuesday how cold it was because we only reached 78.

Hopefully we'll get a chance to sail with you and Frank again in 2017. If DCL does Mexico in October, Brenda will let me book RCCL out of Galveston in June also. We can drive to both ports if need be and save lots of $ on air.

Two cruises in one year would be awesome, even though only one is DCL.

@Club Disney Chandler a friend of mine was in Phoenix last week, it was over 90F apparently and she about burst into flames! lol One day this week we reached a high of 18C (nearly 70F) and Frank actually put on a short sleeve shirt for work and sweated :rotfl2: I guess it's all about perspective :hyper:

Two cruises in 2017 would be fantastic! We've got our cruise out of Galveston for January 2017 and now I'm even more interested to see what the latter part of 2017 offers up for DCL!

If the Wonder is upgraded by then I would love this! Except.....it will be while school is in session.
Wonder if any long weekend cruises will be offered?

According to this article, Disney will be stopping in Mazatlan at least twice in Oct 2017 (the 11th and the 18th) with other dates possible as well!!

In 2017 CDN Thanksgiving will be October 9th, which means that week my kids would only miss 4 days of school.......:banana: Assuming the cruises for Oct 2017 won't be announced in this next round (late March??) but in the next round (late May?)

Thanks Angela! I'll see you on the Wonder in October 2017.

I really hope this is true and works out. These things have a history of being mysteriously pulled after Disney finds out there been posted before they release dates so I'm posting a screen shot of the link

Thank you both for posting that. What a relief that we will be within the 24 month window with either of those dates!

I've been very excited about what's to be released for the West Coast next month. I'm sure I'll make a deposit on a cruise.

When DCL finally releases the October 2017 cruises in May, I'll be ALL over that!!!

We really want to do a 7 day cruise and nothing shorter. Which cruise we end up picking depends on what itineraries officially get released both dates. Here's to hoping!!! pixiedust::grouphug::grouphug:pixiedust:

I really hope this works out for some more 7-night cruises on the West Coast.

My question is where will the Wonder be in September? Hawaii again?
