DCL App constantly asking for login/code

Has anyone else been experiencing the DCL app constantly logging you out, Face ID not working, asking for a code after logging in?

It is getting very annoying. We cruise Oct 6th out of Miami and I check multiple times a day for onboard fun cancellations and for our GTY room to be assigned.

Yes! This has been happening since an update to the app a few weeks ago. I emailed tech support none of their work arounds work. Luckily during our cruise the app stayed logged in. We have a cruise booked for October and December so I still go on the app often and same issues. Very annoying. They had a recent update I think yesterday for iOS so hopefully that fixes it
 
Yes, but I have my sign-in connected to log-in with my fingerprint so I can through quickly.
 

I am having a similar issue now. Every login it refuses my password. I reset and it works. Next login it refuses my password. I reset and it works. It never keeps me logged in normally which is annoying but at least I could login. I have an older iPhone. This is going to drive me insane if this is what I have to deal with on board in a couple of weeks.

What will happen onboard if the app won't work for me? I need to be able to stay in contact with home and was planning on iMessage or whatsapp. Will they still work?

This issue was happening to me for 2 weeks straight in early sept - luckily once onboard I never had an issue!
 
This happened to us quite frequently on our Fantasy cruise. I found that once I selected the "use network as is" prompt, that the frequency decreased. I found it in my network internet settings. I guess my phone didn't like the limited access since I hadn't purchased the internet plan on my phone.
