DCL and DVA web site difficulties

I have been trying throughout the day to log into the DCL and my DVA and have been having difficulty. When I eventually got thru to a live person, I was told that there have been issues today. I was assured that my money was still in my account. Anyone else having problems today?

I had problems yesterday. I was trying to print out the Port Arrival forms and when I clicked on the link it just said that it couldn't find the web site ???? I have not tried it today. Hopefully, it will be fixed soon.

I was able to get on the DVA site earlier today with no problem.
