Hi DCL have cancelled our Alaskan cruise departing July 6th 2020. Also in the cancellation email they offer full refund or 125% FCC. I have used DVC points to book the cruise and cash for the 3rd passenger our DD. The question is how does this FCC work? Do I have the cash refunded and book again using points and receive the 125% FCC. Any advice would be gratefully received.

I believe I read that the points will be reinstated. Any actual cash payments would be either refunded 100% or can be applied to a future cruise at 125%. Those percentages are determined after the port fees & taxes are refunded directly.

I did a quick search and there hasn't been much reported about points. This thread actually gives 2 differing experiences -- one was given 25% bonus of points and 25% bonus of the cash booking, while the other had to pay more points. I think your best bet is to call DCL and ask. If the response doesn't seem satisfactory based on your offer letter, ask for a supervisor.
