DCA touring plan for hotel guests

We are going to DL in two weeks and staying at the GCH. Was wondering from anyone recently back if this should be possible for a monday morning: Enter at 9 (do we need to line up early?), get WOC FP, ride soarin with rider switch, ride LM, then line up for rope drop at TSMM. Do Soarin and LM really both open at 9? Would we have time to get all that done before 10? Thanks for any help.

I'm a local, so to be honest I don't know anything about RD at the parks here. But I didn't think parts of DCA opened hearly. EMH only applies to DL, or so I thought. I don't see anything on the website on a first, quick look.
