DCA opening earlier some days?

I was looking at the February and March calendar for DCA, and there are some days when DCA opens at 9 am. I've been relying my touring plans so much on DCA opening at 10 am! . Is this normal? Should I expect 9am openings for the first week of April too? This changes my plans so much

uhh, i dont think in Feb, however, in April and after, it is rumored that DCA will open at 9AM to compensate for WoC when it begins to show....

That's very interesting. I just looked at the DLR calendar, so I know that you aren't going crazy. Perhaps they are testing out an earlier DCA opening time during President's Week to see how it might work once WoC opens.

Goodness gracious, this is going to totally screw up my March 20th visit. I thought I would have time to get a few things in before DCA park opening, but now I'm not so sure.

They ARE opening earlier! We are going on a D-YES tour and they called us a few days ago to tell us that they are opening DCA at 9 a.m. due to tractors or something!

Well, I'm still waiting for April's hours to be published, but I'm already seeing some February AND March 9 am openings. If this is so for April too, I will definitely need to change my touring plans and so long for early opening rides on TSMM unless they add a FP. v

FYI, I just called Disney Dining to make a PS, and they were able to verify for me the park hours for my stay. As I was told, and hopefully they are right, DL opens from 8 am to midnight and DCA from 10 am to 10 pm. That's for 04/01-03. So maybe you can check for your dates too.
