DCA - how long would it take to accomplish this "to do" list?

If you eat a late lunch it may be doable. Mater's ride takes FOREVER to load and unload and occasionally breaks down. Definitely do a fast pass for RSR. Tower of Terror is off the beaten path from the other rides and lines get long there quickly. You will have to move fast and probably won't each lunch until after 1 pm. When we went there were only 2 of us and in the morning in DCA, we did not get that much done and we move very quickly from ride to ride. It's worth a shot though!

I would skip TSMM. Its just like WDW and if not high on your list then I don't feel like you're missing much. Go straight to Luigi's, do Mater's, grab FP for RSR, Screamin, then the rest.
