Ok, how would this work?

We have a big group going and want to get FP for the frozen show on Memorial Day. That's an early open day, 7am. I don't know if we get in early? We purchased group discounted 3-day hoppers. Anyone know?

Also, do we all need to be present? Is there a machine? Any help would be appreciate!

I don't know how the Frozen FastPass system will work if at all, but here's some overall info until someone answers with better info. :) The early entry to DCA is only for people staying at the 3 Disney Hotels (regardless of what type of pass they are using to enter the parks). 3-day parkhoppers for people NOT staying at one of the 3 Disneyland Hotels are only valid for Disneyland early entry, which I believe is Tue/Thu/Sat; they are not valid for DCA ever. Generally FastPasses will not start being distributed until the Park opens to all guests. So, for your day, DCA will open to everyone at 8:00 a.m. and that's when FastPass distribution will start. Those staying at the 3 Disney hotels could already be lined up to get the Frozen FastPasses before you even get into the park, so you'd have to get in line behind them. As Frozen is new, I doubt anyone knows how fast the FPs will go, but it's safe to say they will be popular. :) Hope that helps some.

Thanks a ton! We will go as group as planned and give it a shot!

You do not all need to be present/go through the fast pass line if you don't want to. You can send one or two FP runners to the Frozen line with ALL of your party's tickets and they can get fast passes for everyone.

...BUT all of the tickets will have need to been activated and entered at one of the parks for that day before a runner can get the FP's for everyone.

No getting up early for FP's while everyone else sleeps in.

Yes! Thank you for that clarification as I forgot to mention that part.

I'm assuming you're staying on site? Otherwise, there is no entry to DCA at 7am (3-day PH or not)
