Disney shows DCA open from 9-5pm on 9/15, but WOC at 8:15pm..............do you think its a typo? Or special event?

I would have said the Disneyland Resort Legacy Awards Ceremony has been in mid-September for the last few years, but that's usually over in Disneyland. I do remember seeing 9/15 as the one date when WoC dining packages were not being offered, so I'm guessing the park is closing at 5:00 pm to the general public and there will be a special event afterwards that might include an exclusive WoC showing.

Oooookay... That was going to be my biggest DCA day of our trip... guess I'll need to re-evaluate my itinerary for that day. I'm glad we're doing parkhoppers. And thankfully, I have the WOC dessert party scheduled for the day before, the 14th.

Kinda getting a lot of one-two punches for this trip! No PTN, fireworks only Friday, Frozen by fastpass only, no pre-show packages, Little Mermaid down for refurb, Indy down part of the time for refurb... :(

Is Frozen playing after the 5th? I heard it was going on hiatus?

To be fair, PTN and other 60th Anniversary entertainment offerings were never promised to be shown after the ending of the Celebration. Also, fireworks are usually only shown on the weekend nights during the "off" season.

I think the rumors were about whether the Frozen pre-show packages would be offered after September 5th.

Oh ok thanks. It's still not on the schedule after the 5th, so I just assumed! I've been checking every day since we will be there starting on the 8th.

My guess at this point is that there they're still trying to work out the entertainment schedule for after Labor Day.
