Dc in December?

I'm thinking of changing my feb booking to a good deal in December. IYO would it be too cold to do DC then?

I would like to know this also. I have paid for our family we are swimming with the dolphins dec 17 i hope it is not to cold.

We went to DC on the 24th of December, the weather was great, but then we live in Alaska. My DH and DD 13 were in the water all day. DD 10 spent most of her time in the aviary after they had done the dolphin swim.
