DC Birthday suprise

I have booked a dolphin swim at DC for my DH birthday in September. I am considering the deluxe birthday package, would anyone who has done this care to comment and or share some pics of the experience if you have them!!

I did the deluxe birthday party for my dd and it was great. You get the video, an excellent cake(you can take it home with you, they'll have it waiting at the desk for you when you leave) , tshirt, underwater camera, free pic and the birthday buoy, plus a person to plan/asst. you in your day. It was nice to have a person meet us out of the water after the dolphin swim and take a buoy to the front desk so we wouldn't have to drag it along all day.
Yup, deluxe is the way to go! Enjoy!

Thanks for the info!! What is the birthday buoy like? Did you dd get any extra time with the dolphin that the rest of the group does not get?

the buoy is the kind you use on a boat to keep it from bumping the dock and it says whatever you want on it (they write it in permanent marker). You really don't get too much extra time, but what they did for my dd is that they said that Tyler (our dolphin) loves to play with toys..... They called my dd over to get the buoy from Tyler and it said Happy Birthday..... then you get pics taken with your dolphin and buoy.
My feelings.....and I'm far from well off.....but you only live once....do it up big!

My only problem now is how can I top off having a dolphin bring you your birthday present for this year

twotoohappy - Thanks for the info I have booked the birthday package and I am so excited!!! Think you are right - you only live once!!! As you say - its going to be really hard to top that experience!
