DC at WDW Merchandise

Does anyone know if you can use the DC discounts if you call WDW merchandise and order something to be sent to you?

I may be wrong but I think you can as long as it meets the $25 minimum purchase & it isn't an item only available in one of the theme parks. You can always call the DC 800 number & ask. If you do, let us know what they have said. (This may have not been much of a help, but it bumped it up for you......& may be someone else will know for sure.)

I called and asked DC and they didn't know but thought it should. Then I caled WDW Merchandise and they said that I need to be there in person. No discounts over the phone. Maybe we should email DC and ask them to look into fixing this!
