DC - Annual Pass Question

Hi!

We're buying annual passes for our trip in May. I was not a DC member and can no longer join for the discount. I do however have a friend who is a DC member. Does anyone know if it's legal for her to buy the AP's for us?

It's enough money that it would be nice to save it - but it's not worth asking her to do it on the down low - so to speak.

I'd love to hear from anyone who knows - or if you know who I should call at Disney to ask.

Yes she can buy them and give them to you, because they are not activated with your name until you go to Guest Services at a park.
