Change to Prepaid Policy-
I apologize in advance for any confusion this may cause, I had banned prepaid use previously to give me time to review the situation. I appreciate your understanding here are the new terms-
Prepaids are going to to be allowed however there will be regulations to prevent fraud.
-All prepaids used for offers on DBP must be registered in your name & with your correct information.
-Using a prepaid in an intentionally fraudulent manner will result in your account being deleted without payment.
This includes-
-Using fake information.
-Not having enough funds available on a card so that there are chargebacks from advertisers.
-Not completing the requirements of the offer.
As always, standard site rules apply. (Not duplicating offers, etc.)
