DBF first time flying

Not long too go until we're on that plane to WDW
But its my DBF first time flying so I'm just wondering if you've got any suggestions since I'm sticking him on a 9 hour flight haha
He's 25 so he's a big boy but I've tried to warn him about turbulance and things and he started freaking out, Dont even get me started when he asked what flight socks were for!

I've flown multiple times (mainly long haul) so I'm used to it now, but still get nervous so I need idea's for things to keep me distracted so he doesn't realise I'm panicking secretly haha

Also this is my first trip without my Mum doing all the planning so everything is resting on my shoulders, so can people just remind me what I'll need at the airport besides the obvious (tickets, passports etc.)

How about a Nintendo DS? Plenty of games to choose from, can keep you occupied for hours!

who are you flying with?
im sure he'll watch a film or 2 and will keep occupied.
failing that you could take a colouring book and crayons

Flying with virgin as I couldn't deal with the hassle of connecting flights so films should keep him quiet I suppose haha
