So as I said this is mine and DBF's first trip by ourselves to WDW... this is also my first pre-trip report... so please bare with me lol..
First I guess I will start with the cast
Rachel (me)
20 years old. Disney and Planning FREAK. If I could, I would plan out every single minute of our week there... Favortie rides are RnR, ToT and EE. Started a tradition in 2005 to go fly across the country (from Seattle area) to go to WDW every year!
Bobby (DBF)
21 years old... converted into Disney Freak 2 years back with his first trip to Florida... Hates Thrill Rides and lets me make all the decisions, favorite ride in the whole park is Figments journey into imagination...
(I guess opposites really do attract)
So for the past two years we have been going in September (Like most for the DDP). Got to love free food!!
Every year we have taken the same flight and stayed at All Stars Music... This year we decided to change it up a little:
Me: Where should we stay this year?
DBF: Yacht and Beach Club
Me: Okay let me see how expensive
*wait for me to check online*
Me: Not happening, pick another one.
BF: Okay, how about one of the moderate resorts?
Me: which one?
DBF: I dont care, just pick one...
So after weeks of debating whether we wanted to stay in Port Orleans Riverside or Carribean Beach Resort We finally decided to go with Riverside..
Then came Dining Plans, the conversation was almost Identical to the hotel situation... Now Im getting frustrated
he doesnt want any say in where we eat, all he cares about is that we are going (which can be understandable living with me)... So I sit him down and Start playing 20 questions about food for ex. "do you want to eat at other resorts? Any Charactor Dinners?" etc... n I finally get a little input
..
So here is what we have so far planning wise...
September 7th- Flight leaves at 10:30ish pm from Seattle to Florida
September 8th- Arrive Orlando like 7:30am, yay!! Dinner reservations at Boatwrights
September 9th- Dinner at Moracco in Epcot (cannot spell it for the life of me)
September 10th-Dinner reservations at San Angel
September 11th- Dinner Reservations at Crystal Palace
September 12th- Dinner reservations at Spoodles
September 13th- Dinner Reservations at Hollywood and Vine (w/ fantasmic seating)
September 14th- MNSSHP!!!! Lunch reservations Rose and Crown
September 15th- Flight to go home at 6:20pm land at 10:30 pm
As I look at this I realize we are not eating at any places that we have previously eaten at.. Probably because Coral Reef and Le Cellier were both completly booked that week
and we just cant use two dinner services for Cinderella's Royal Table again...
