I asked to merge two reservations (a one day and a two day at SSR) last week on chat and it was done the same day and I got an email confirmation that day. However, it used the same confirmation number as the old two day reservation and now when I check
MDE it only shows the the old two day. The three day reservation only show on the member dashboard. Guess it's going to require another call or chat? I've done this several times before and it's always gone through correctly to MDE.
