I have had a feeling for a couple days now that Sami was playing cat and mouse with Abby.. I would have also like to see the original Eve...

I rewound to the beginning when Sami and Abigail walked in to see whose bag it was. Sami walked in the house carrying a white purse AND red leather briefcase/bag! She must of had the picture already!!

From what I read, they were in negotiations with the original Eve and then it either fell through or they decided to go with the more well known Kassie DePaiva.

Yes I think they have been for awhile we just didn't get to see it. Remember at Ari's first birthday party with went outside to talk but we didn't get tos ee the whole conversation.

That was a weird body pump or hug? They did yesterday in the park.

Sami rambling in the garden was just plain weird, I know it was do drive Abby crazy but it was starting to drive me crazy.

I wish Eric would have over heard Nicole and Marlena fight.

Not sure why Jenifer had that box of stuff down from the attic other then to look at the year book with Eve in it. So we have break up # 1000 for Daniel and Jenifer . Will this one stick. Jenifer will go crazy if he gets together with Eve.

Of course Eve is setting her sights on Daniel. Especially when she finds out that he is Jennifer's love. I can't wait for her to find out that JJ is Jennifer's son. What fireworks that will be.

I think Sami and Kate are conspiring to bring down the EJ and Stefano, and their empire. That will be fun to watch too.

I still feel sorry for Nicole. I can understand how she just wanted Eric to love her. Now she's lost everything again. I hope she is pregnant.

I remember original Eve causing trouble for Shane & Kim. I don't remember the Jack/Eve thing at all. Must have been during my vcr-less time. Could Jack be Paige's father? I hope not!! Shouldn't she have known Theresa, the Brady's, etc.

I started watching around 1990, I can't remember anything about Eve. Actually, I didn't even remember that there was a character named Eve! I guess we will get flashbacks to fill is in.

Probably not- this isn't the original Eve (and the new actress looks nothing like the original one). So we will just get to hear other characters talk about her and all the things she did.

I remember Eve from back in the late 80s when she showed up in Salem. Her main storyline through the years was being Shane Donovan's daughter, and her pimp, Nick Corelli, who she eventually had a love story with.

She and Jennifer hate each other because Eve tried to break up her and Frankie (and succeeded for a while). Then, when Jack needed money to save the Spectator and Eve needed to marry to collect a big fat inheritance, they got married (a marriage of convenience). Jen was very upset about this. Jack and Eve eventually got an annulment. Eve and Frankie got back together, and she left Salem to go to Africa with him.

That must've been before my time watching. I remember Jack at the Spectator, but none of those story lines. The aging of characters is funny sometimes. Shane is not old enough to have a 40 something child, at least the last few times he's been on I wouldn't think it.

Other characters have been de-aged- Marlena was already a psychiatrist when she débuted in 1976 (she would have been in her late 20s at the VERY youngest). She should be in her mid to late 60s, and yet she was supposed to be PREGNANT in 2005, when she would have been in her late 50s. Seems most of the kids are aged a lot, but once they reach their 30s, they stay that way until they die.

And some hold their age well too. Now that I'm in my 40s I see aging at a different speed! LOL
I remember Susan/John/Stephano, then Poof! EJ is here and is an adult! I guess if someone is off the show for long enough they can come back any age.

I do remember Eve and remember she caused a lot of trouble. Too bad they couldn't have gotten the original actress back.

Kassie DePavia (formerly Kassie Wesley) is the actress- she is best known for playing Blair Cramer on One Life to Live and General Hospital, and Chelsea Reardon on Guiding Light.
