I have a question. WHY is Marlena killing everyone? Did she kill Colin Murphy? That was what Abe was working on when she killed him. He knew who killed Colin Murphy. OK if she did kill Colin Murphy.....WHY? Am I missing something?

I'm pretty sure Nicole killed Colin Murphy. And that Victor was blackmailing Nicole because he knew that she was Colin's killer.

As for why Marlena is killing everyone, that hasn't been revealed yet. Hopefully it will soon, because we've been waiting a long time already.

Abe was working on the murder of Colin but he also had a fight with Sami about Brandon, Brandon had already moved away and left Sami but she wanted Abe to help her get Brandon back but he won't help her. He also had info on Kate being a call girl and he was about to tell Roman.

Why Marlena is killing all these people is supposed to be revealed in May. (May being sweeps month and all.) And Nicole did kill Colin Murphy which is what the evidence in the safe was about.

I was just talking about this with a friend today because I've been watching it a for a few years, but stopped watching it during fall semester since I had classes. I missed the whole beginning of the serial killings and only started watching again around the time Roman was killed. I think that Nicole killed Colin and Abe must have had something against Marlena that we all don't know about yet. I know that the killings are supposed to go on until May (and hopefully we find out why she's killing people), and the actual storyline is supposed to go on until the end of the year.

I quit trying to figure out Marlena's motivation. Who knows what goes on in Reily's (writer) head? I'm guessing it's something very strange.

What I dont get is why Sammi was telling Marlena (friday, I beleive) on the terrace that she had to kill John Black. I am so confused at this point.

Sami wants her to kill John because of Caroline's/Celeste's premonition that John will kill Marlena. She wants her to kill him before he kills her.

My little theory (which is no doubt wrong), is that Kate told Marlena about being a former prostitute. We have since learned that Marlena still loved Roman. She would not want him to marry a prostitute. Marlena learned that Abe got the goods on Kate. Marlena killed Abe to frame Kate for the murder. All the other murders, except Roman's were to protect her identity. Roman's murder was done out of a jealous rage.

I also think maybe Marlena somehow had a hand in the Colin murder, but I have no guess as to why.

I have a strange question???? I know that Julie, Hope and Jenn are cousins and Julie married Hopes dad (Doug) and Hope's mom is Addie but who are Julie's parents they have to be Horton's but who is the missing Horton: Bill, Mickey, Addie and ????

A friend ask me that, I asked my mom because she has been watching it forever but she can't remember....

I also believe Marlena had something to do with Colin's murder. A couple of times Marlena has said Abe was a threat to her. Also, Nicole does believe she killed Colin, but so did Shawn. Shawn thought he had shot Colin, but Colin was pretending to be dead. Colin could have also pretended to be dead after Nicole shot him and then Marlena came along and killed him. I have no idea why she would kill Colin though.
Victor's evidence against Nicole is Nicole shooting Colin and Colin falling to the ground. Again, Colin could have again faked his death, popped up and then Marlena came along and shot him dead, for real this time .
This is soap opera land, so Marlena could have easily got a hold of the security tapes and erased the part where she kills Colin, making it look like Nicole killed him and making Nicole herself believe she killed him.

Remember right before Roman was killed Marlena left "evidence" that Nicole killed Colin. Where would Marlena get that kind of evidence if she wasn't involved somehow.
This is all theory of course on my part, I'm sure I'm completely wrong I just can't wait until May to finally find out what's going on.

Julie's mother is Addie. I don't know who Julie's father is. Hope and Julie are half sisters.

Sami was given a job by John and Kate and sent to the basement to work. Word has it that Sami is playing the computer game the "Sims". It is suppose to be a virtual reality game and it is in her game that she is playing on the computer where all these murders are taking place. After the last murder, "Sami closes her computer" and makes a general comment and gets on the elevator to go home to Will and everything goes back to that day in October when she got her job and Brandon has left her. This is only one of the theories floating around that has "never been done."

that may be one idea. But the actors that have died won't be coming back because of budget problems. And Jack is already on another show.

Guess we'll just have to wait until May. LOL

OhMari - I can almost believe that since so many of the "dead" people are still on the show. I think the only person who wanted to leave was Matthew Ashford (Jack) because his son is very ill.

As far as Marlena killing til May - I don't think I can wait that long. I am so tired of her almost revealing herself and standing their with that darn letter opener. Get on with it already!

r3ngels - the other Horton child is Laura - but I don't know who Julie's dad is. Maybe its Stefano? (LOL)

I didn't start watching 'til about 1982. I'm pretty sure that story line occurred before then...
