Days left on tickets

We have not been to WDW in just over a year & I am starting to plan a trip for September 2017. I logged into my account to check my tickets & Magicbands, I cannot find out where, on the WDW website, I can see how many days are left on each ticket. Where do I look?

Unless there has been a very recent upgrade to the software, you cannot check the number of days on a ticket online. It seems odd, but there it is.

The work around you can do is book some fast passes. It will only allow you to reserve for the number of days on the ticket.

It'll take you the time to book and to cancel the FPs. Otherwise they also stopped looking up the number of days if you call them. The only other way to find out is to go to a GS location when you are at WDW.

Seems like they want guests to loose track of their ticket status. I wonder how many days are lost and never used?

Since all tickets now have an expiration date, it's probably only a concern for those few people who still have some of the old non-expiring tickets. IMO, those people are among the more saavy visitors and probably most know exactly what is left.

supersnoop - great suggestion for a work-around. Might be bit of work, but it's probably worth it to those who haven't kept track or forgot where they wrote it down, LOL) and now need to know.

the FP works well. We have 2 sets on non-expiring tickets for family of 5, who did not all use the same days! Then, when at WDW, I had guest services confirm plus the WP&M and I took a sharpie and wrote it on the hard tickets (which were linked to MB). When we use a day, I crossed it off. Some of our tickets are now 10 years old with a day left, but 5+ WP&M.

Thanks all. I do have non-exp tickets, but cannot find the paper where I wrote down what was left. I'll try emailing them about it.

Let us know how that goes. I have some very old no expiration tickets too. The link above says you need to tell where you bought them, etc. and I have no idea anymore. I don't know why they would need that info just to tell you what entitlements are left.
