Days Left on Park Hopper Tickets

We have Park Hopper tickets that have unused days left on them but do not know how many. I know that we can get the hotel to scan the tickets and tell me the number of days left on the tickets when we arrive, but I need to know before we go. I want to purchase advanced tickets from home. The Disney Stores no longer do this.

Can anyone tell me how to get this information. We are going in June.

What is it the Disney Stores no longer do? You can buy 3-7 day tickets at The Disney Store, and also at a number of places online, such as Ticketmania: www.ticketmania.com

I don't know of any way to find out how many days are left on your passes until you get to WDW.

Buying new passes at advanced purchase discount prices for part of your vacation and using the remains of old passes for the rest of your vacation is in almost all cases more expensive on a per day basis compared with trading up the old passes after you get there.

However you can never achieve the really low costs per day unless you make still more Disney vacation plans for the distant future, as

* Buy new passes for your entire upcoming vacation, saving the old passes for further in the future,

* Or buying/trading to ten day passes as the new passes and sooner or later have enough old passes for a vacation so you don't need to buy any new passes.

Sorry, but the only way to have the tickets read is actually at WDW at either your Disney resort front desk, or Guest Relations at the parks. They are VERY strict with this policy.

I agree with the above poster. We are in the same situation and I called and they told me I could only find out at the parks.

What do you mean trading up?

I have 2 days of a 4 day park hopper pass left and was wondering if I could upgrade that to an AP. We just bought the pass last Oct. so it's not so old that I'd be giving up passes that I got at a much cheaper price. Any info would be great. Thanks
