Days Inn Lakeside West Univeral

Does anyone know anything of this motel? After 6 nights onsite and 2 nights in Daytona we'll be spending another 2 nights in Orlando. This one is near both Universal and SeaWorld and a very good price for our budget. But is it an ok place?

Most people on these boards tend to shy awaay from the Day's Inns in Orlando.

What is your budget. There is a newer Sleep Inn near Universal that might be within your price range.

Otherwise, for two nights, I'd go to Priceline and bid for a 3* in Uinv area.

I have checked out Trip Advisor and the reviews are extremely conflicting. Half of the reviews are very negative and the other half are positive for stays at basically the same time. Our budget will be pretty slim at that time - but I'd rather stay in a half decent motel and go over budget. I just hate to think of paying more per night than what I'm paying to stay at Disney!! I would really like a kidsuite but then I'm thinking, why pay that much money when we won't be in the room and the kids may like it so much that they won't want to do anything or else they'll be up all night playing Nintendo! The reason I was considering the Days Inn Lakeside is because of it having 2 playgrounds and a kids pool. I guess I'll keeping looking. Thanks for the info. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
