I am pleased to report that we put bids in on two seperate BCV resales that we will be closing on soon. After a number of bids on other BCV resale contracts that got ROFRed by Disney, we made the bids in late October and they both based ROFR.

Were you able to keep offering the same amount or did you increase it each time? Either way, you have incredible patience. Congratulations!! And welcome home!

We offered the requested price which was in the lower 80s range. I do need to say that we made 3 or 4 other offers on other BCV until these two did not get ROFRed. I do need to thank the folks who helped us with our resale at TSS.
