Are there any day spas near or in Disney World? I really would like to do a me day, since we will be traveling without any kids this trip.

There is a spa at Saratoga Springs (formerly Disney Institute). Mary from MouseSavers has good things to say about it in her recent trip review:

There's also one at the Grand Floridian and one at the Wyndham Palace.
