Day Sailing in St. Thomas

We (DH, DS, DS and me) are sailing on the 12/27 Magic - Eastern.

Although we've booked our excursion already, we did not get our first pick on snorkel sails in St. Thomas. We are considering doing a charter for this and wanted to see if others had done a snorkel/sail on their own that they could recommend to us

Any help and suggestions are really appreciated!!

While we haven't gone yet, we have booked on Jester for the 5 of us (me, DH, DD8, DSIL and DBIL) in April 04. The reviews I have read are good. He can only carry 6 people so we have the boat to ourselves. We are looking forward to it.

I would highly recommend the Winifred. Capt. Sharon and her first mate are terrific. We (myself, DW, and DS) sailed with her when we were on the Magic and again this summer. She is flexible with sailing time. We had a wonderful lunch and a great snorkel. We has devices to make it easy for mthe kids and tired adults to float. Whichever sail you decide upon, it will be a great experience. I still enjoy catamarans and other smaller boats, but it was a great time. This summer, we took another cruise and a close family went with us. They also enjoyed the sail on the Winifred.
