Day planning January, help 🤔🥴

Taking my kids 18,19+22 on a trip, 5 park days. Arrive 1/20, depart 1/24. Staying onsite at BWI. I am usually rope dropper/ but with kids who may want to be out later and sleep in a bit how should I plan this. Woth Epcot open at 11, is there even a point to reserving it for the day? Does everyone just hop in the afternoon? Nothing is a must do except maybe Pandora.
Now I have Epcot, MK, HS, AK, Epcot

No interest in Magic Kingdom? At least one day, I'd start at MK and hop to Epcot to get a full day of park time, but that's just me. Have a great trip!!
