And I'm ready to kill someone
Seriously, for some reason, this time I'm finding it really hard. I had to go to bed at 9 last night as I was getting such bad cravings. Today hasn't been too bad so far but then it's not even lunchtime yet. I am manically chewing on Juicy Fruit at the moment
I think the hardest bit is going to be when I go back to work tomorrow - 3 of the girls at work smoke so I will find it hard when I'm around them, I think.
Any hints and tips on resisting the urge? Those who have given up, how long will it be before I completely lose the urge to have one?

noticed your post and wanted to wish you all the best with the quit.
) I can honestly say that after 2 weeks i couldn't bear the smell, after 3 weeks my asthma improved dramatically, and after 4 I could actually jog on a treadmill without my chest tightening. yes I too put on a stone in weight but everyone says its better to be overweight than a smoker, easy for them to say huh? I think you'll be fine, just keep at it, you've done the hardest part already which is the first few days. Good luck xxx
