I'm afraid I fell off the wagon this afternoon - got stuck in Tesco car park for almost 3 hours when the automatic steering lock jammed on the car and had to wait for Brittannia Rescue to come and save me

I had to have a cigarette - it was either that or eat the entire contents of my shopping bags. I did only have 1 though - and I'm firmly back on the wagon now. I do feel awfully guilty as well

Hi Joh,keep with it as it will get easier.I stopped 20 yrs ago (80 - 100 a day ) and i fell of the wagon a couple of times before i made it.Dont want to be to somber but looking back over the years the weed took my dad and the DWs mum before any of my kids new them.Now my grandchildren will never know thier other grandad because of the weed.But hey i gave it the boot before it got me and guess what im taking the grandkids to see the BIG M in florida next year Its really all down to willpower and i know your stronger than a dopy old weed GOOD LUCK
