I'd love to hear from a CM on this one... does this REALLY increase dues, or are we just perceiving that it could?
Sure, if call volume increases it might make sense that DVC would add staff to the phones, but do we really know for a fact that they do? Or do they just figure that we'll stay on hold for a couple more minutes, or else hang up and call back later at a lower volume time?
Interesting thread... I'm always amused at how easily these innocent questions turn into debates on this forum! Just gotta love diversity!
