day by day ressies

New SSR owner here and I am getting ready to make our first ressies. We will be going June 5th to the 10th 2005 wanting a 2 br. Do you all think that I need to call day by day for this ressie or will I be "safe" waiting till the end to call.

There is no history to rely on for SSR ressies yet, but I am quite sure you will be fine waiting til the end of the ressie at the 11 month window.

Thank you, I kind of figured I would be safe with SSR not even being sold out yet but being my first time wasn't sure. Is it a pain to MS to do the day by day ressies?

As far as I can recall, no one has ever reported having trouble getting the first half of June at the 11 month window. One call should do it - no need to call day by day.

It is not a pain to do day by day other than the time you have to slot and invest to call MS day by day

I agree with the other posters that your timeframe should be ok for one call

If you are concerned, call MS on the 1st day of your 11mo window for day 1 of your vacation and ask them whether you need to book day by day or not - they have insight into how busy the bookings are for your time period

Every time I have ever done it, I've told MS up front what I was doing and they have always been very nice about it. They don't seem to mind at all.

( I have done it two times, both for New Year's Eve week)

I find the only tine you really need to worry about calling day by day at the 11 monht window is for a GV. That is the only time we do it.
