Recently, while searching for information on an upcoming trip, I came across a link to a day by day rating of attendance. The scale was 1-10 and showed how each day of the year historically rated. While this is no guarantee of current or future trends, it would help me plan. It is more detailed than the first two weeks of this month or avoid this holiday type detail you usually find.

Unfortunately, I lost the link! If anyone knows where this information is located, please respond. I'm sure others would find it useful as well.

Wishing for AP Rates for December, code, anything!

I just wanted to comment on past attendance in reference to future attendance and touring.com, while it's a nice reference guide...I read posts here where some get VERY nervous about their upcoming trips.

I know most people understand it can be totally different each year but there are some who get so nervous when they see most of their trip at "8's" from previous years.

We were there the first week of this month and there were not long waits for anything. Even some of the parks had closed early for press events and we didn't find the other parks to be really crowded. Obviously the past year's attendance ratings can't account for events like that and how busy a park might be this year. The touringplans.com website had mostly "8's" for our trip and I just did not find it to be so busy.

We are frequent WDW guests and the best advice I have is holidays expect the parks to be busy Xmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, 3-day holiday weekends, etc and summertime starting with early June. Mid-Feb through whenever Easter falls is a busy time as well. Most other times are not terribly busy and some are very slow. For the busy time just FP whatever you can and make PS or as they now call them "advanced reservations" and enjoy :flower:

That is exactly what I was looking for. We have a choice of weeks in December and it really didn't matter to us which we took. Just looking for something to help the decision along. :earsboy:

You'll be fine for crowds in December as long as you avoid Christmas week!

Enjoy,

Bob
