Me--49 year old Disney planner
DC1--42 year old cousin
DC2--DC1s 7 year old daughter
Up early and caught the bus to MGM. Hung around and caught the first show of Playhouse Disney. Then hit the Animation Tour. DC2 is a budding artist and took a liking to this show. We then managed to get autographs from Stitch, Buzz, Woody, and Jessie. DC2 also had her face painted. We then caught the bus back to FT Wilderness--hot, tired, and HUNGRY. Trails End was calling our name, but DC2 decided that eating here was totally unacceptable. After a little persuading, we got her in the restaurant. She was still voicing her displeasure with us and refusing to eat. That was OK, because we were stuffing our faces. This place has very good food at reasonable prices. Anyway, DC2 winds up with this huge chocolate frosted doughnut. Now you must know that one of her front teeth was very loose and you guessed it-- the doughnut finished off the tooth!! She just reached in her mouth and plucked it out!! She was thrilled at losing a tooth at WDW. Very special in her opinion. We then caught the boat to MK in time for the 3:00 parade. The heat and humidity were getting to us today. Hurricane Isabel had sucked up the humidity for a few days, but today it was back in full force. After the parade, we took the train to Frontierland and rode Splash Mountain again twice with no waits. Then we got back on the train and went to Toontown. Rode Barnstormer a couple of times and went through Minnies house again. Then to Fantasyland. Hit the Teacups first. Then, we got our FIRST and ONLY FP of the week! Pooh had a wait time of 15 minutes and the FP return time was for 30 minutes. We grabbed a FP and rode Dumbo and the Carrousel before we returned to Pooh for our FP. Really cool to just go to the front of the line! Wished we could have seen Philharmagic. They were having a CM preview this evening. We walked back through the castle for the last time. Then got a Mickey Bar and just sat in front of the castle eating and soaking it all in. Then caught the boat back to FT Wilderness. I really got into the pressed pennies today and collected quite a few. After some homework and TV we went to bed. Tomorrow--our last day.
