Day 4 started with sore feet. I literally hobbled to the shower and I definitely didn’t think I could walk all the way to Port Royale. I don’t know if it was the carousel incident (see Day 2) or the blisters (I can get a blister just looking at painful shoes), or just the overuse from the day before, but they hurt! A lot! I did walk to breakfast and caught the internal bus back to Trinidad South. Feeling better after eating and coffee, I knew that today would be great. We were heading to the Animal Kingdom, which is such an awesome park. I haven’t really been able to enjoy it and explore it like I would like but it is a great atmosphere and so beautiful. It was an EMH but we were not in a hurry to get there at opening so we left our rooms about 8:15. We headed straight for Kilimanjaro Safaris, stopping to look at a few of the spiders the CM’s were holding. Creepy little things! Our safari was very good. We saw quite a few animals, some up close. I love that ride, I think it is very unique and special. We then wandered back toward the Tree of Life pausing to look at the progress of Everest. Looks great! We decided against “It’s Tough to be a Bug” because we don’t like a couple parts of it. Then we headed over to Dinosaur where dad decided to go with me this time. Mom waited in the shade while we pretty much walked right on the ride. It was fun but it sure jostles you. I think my hips were bruised from banging side to side. My dad liked it though, he hadn’t gone on it last time. We walked through a couple of stores and I bought some new accessories for Potato Head. He needed some new shoes and hats. I also bought a right arm since last time I got two left ones. I was able to pack it pretty tight because I didn’t actually buy a potato. One tip for those of you staying on site, make use of the delivery system the stores have. It was so great to just leave my purchases and know I could get them the next day at the resort. I know it would be hard with kids who want their stuff NOW but if you can, it saves a lot of hassle. We decided to leave early so that we could get to Downtown Disney in time for our 1:00 PS at Rainforest Café. It was great! The burger was great and we decided to share a Volcano. YUM! It was awesome. After, we shopped for a while before I had meltdown number two. I realized that I could not walk any more. My legs, from my knees down ached. I honestly thought I was going to throw up from the pain. It was too much. I found a shady bench, took some advil, and waited while my parents did a bit more shopping. I couldn’t leave because I had already purchased tickets to see Revenge of the Sith and wasn’t about to miss that. When my dad joined me I suggested that he go talk to the nice man about the Vacation Club. Hint Hint. He did, and came away thinking it was a great idea, pretty good deal, and that we couldn’t afford it. Too bad. I tried! I was feeling better so dad and I left mom and decided to head over to the theater to pick up our tickets for the 4:15 showing. When we arrived at 3:15 we realized there was a 3:30 showing and I decided we had better see that so that we didn’t have to wait. It was no problem to change the tickets and we got great seats. It was a great movie and tied up a lot of questions. I was feeling much better after that but I didn’t want to push things so we went right back to the resort, got off at Old Port Royale (where Mom was waiting with our refillable mugs). After dinner, I decided to stay in and rest my feet even though I hated to miss any Disney time. Overall, it was a very good day. ::MickeyMo

Oh I know about the painfull feet - for some reason - sleeping on my tummy with my feet hanging off the end of the bed seems to help some - go figure - thanks for posting!
