Well it's Easter Sunday and I think back to last year at the CBR! Here all they were gonna have was an Easter Brunch and nothing advertized for Kid's activities. Oh well.

DD tries once again to try to get me to go the Blizzard Beach! I Don't Think So! It's the Tropics or Nothing!

We do our usual, S,S,S and put our suits on, grab our towels and head off to Typhoon Lagoon!

WOW! Why haven't we done this before! The place is amazing!

Before I get ahead of myself, I had old hopper passes but DD's was still when she was considered a child. I asked a CM whether I had to exchange for a new pass but she said no, just go ahead and have a great time! So we did.

I had not planned on staying a full day but, well you know, all the best layed plans don't always pan out!

I'm not big on water slides but even I was having fun! The only disappointment was the Snorkeling. I thought the area would have been bigger! Oh well, have to wait until Castaway Cay next year to really get some! One good thing, DD really enjoyed it and it proved to her that the fish don't bite! I could barely get her out of there!

The best part was the Wave Pool! It was hilarious being litterly thrown 10 ft. by the waves! Paramount Canada's Wonderland's Wave pool is like a kiddie pool compared to this one!

And that Lazy River, nice!

If you ever doubt about going to a water park, don't. We've missed out on a lot of fun by not going before this!

Note: Make sure you have plenty of Sunscreen! With all the fun in the sun, you are gonna need it!

It's five and I finally get DD out the Lagoon. Noticed that the mall was still opened, so decided to make a quick stop. I've learned that with the Disney Outlets they have new stuff come in all the time! Word of warning, if you see something you like, take it, chances are you won't find the next time you drop by! The previous shopping trip was debating about the 100 years Beach Towel but took one anyways. Glad I did, there were none left!

Back to the resort for a quick relax and to start packing! It was depressing but I knew that tomorrow was going to be a very late night and did not want to leave everything to last minute!

Can you guess where we went that night? How did you know? DTD! Where else can you get a bit of magic without going to the parks!

To be continued.....

One of these days I will make it to a water park - thanks for posting!

Blizzard Beach is fun but I have to admit that I prefer the tropical look of Typhoon Lagoon. That wave pool is really something, isn't it!! How nice of the CM to let DD in on her old child pass and glad that you both had a great time! Will you try BB on your August trip?

Julie, will definately have to do Blizzard Beach. I will need the sensation of snow then!LOL

Bring on the HEAT! Keep the Humidity at bay though!LOL
