Thursday was early entry day for us. Because of the time difference, that was no problem at all. I think my daughter, age 10, was awake around 4:30am! We had a blast seeing Fantasyland for the first time! We rode Peter Pan twice in a row, Mr. Toad twice also. My son was so cute--he really thought he was driving! Now how could he realize the Autopia wasn't really him driving, but he thought he was on Toad? We did Dumbo and got the goldem Dumbo, we did teacups and got the golden one twice. I think, we did all the rides here except for Casey. We got stuck on Pinnochio and got "escorted " out. That kind of ruined the ride, so we did it again later in the morning. I really like everything a lot. I thought PP was so much better than in Orlando. That's my favorite ride there.

We had such little crowds all day, we rode just abouteverything! One thing we really enjoyed was lunch while enjoying Billy Hill and the Hillbillys at the Golden Horseshoe. My kids laughed a lot and it was a break from all the touring around. My plan after lunch was to swim, but no one wanted to. They wanted to go ride California Screamin over at California Adventure, so off we went!

We headed over to CA and rode Screamin three times, the Orange Stinger, the Golden Zephyr, and Mulholland Madness twice. We rode the River Rapids ride too and didn't get too wet. Lastly, on the way out of the park, we rode Soarin' for the first time. I really loved it!

This day was so packed! We did DL almost entirely plus all I just said in CA. We shopped when we wanted, snacked when we wanted and had a ball! What a great day!

What days, besides Thursdays, is early entry??

I believe it is Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. I had the bonus ticket plus stayed at one of the resorts so I qualified for more than one. I didn't bother to learn all the rules on it since I knew I could go to the two days I was there for. Does that make sense?

Thanks for sharing Tarheel.
Glad you enjoyed DCA for half a day. Isn't Soarin' just the best? We love that ride. Billy Hill and the Hillbillys are pretty funny. The show is always a little different, so we don't really tire of it. :earsboy:
