December 20th. Upon awaking and checking out at ASMu, we had our luggage transfered to Wilderness Lodge. We were told it would be waiting for us when we arrived somewhere between 1 and 3pm. Everyone was getting hungry and it was lunch time. DH suggested going over to Beaches and Cream since we had a few hours until our luggage would arrive. Upon arriving we were sate quickly. We ordered cheesesburgers and onion rings and fries along with milk shakes. Everything was great. We were too full for dessert and were going to skip it until our server suggested taking some chocolate cake to go to eat later. We thought that was very nice and thoughtful. As everyone knows this is another great place to use your Connection vouchers. The bill was close to $50. We left and made our way over to Wilderness Lodge. It was absolutely breathtaking. The Christmas tree and decorations were beautiful. Check in was quick. We were going to be given exactly what I had requested in my previously sent fax, a fourth floor room over the check in desk with a lobby view. When the CM stated the room had a set of bunkbeds I told her if she had 2 queen beds we would take them, as we only had one child and I know how many kids like those bunk beds. Also, I hadn't even thought about the fact my DS is 6'7"! We were given an upgrade to a woodsview room on the 6th floor over the check in desk. We had a lobby view and we had a great view of the Christmas tree. The room was very nice. I realize some have said it is smaller than the other deluxes, but this was our first stay in a deluxe resort so we didnt know any different. We had a nice view from the balcony. After unpacking we rested a bit since we were going to the MVMCP that night and we had 5:30 PS for Crystal Palace. We took the boat over to the MK and were given green wrist bands for the party. Dinner was quite good at CP. The character interaction was very good. Pooh was very excited to see I was wearing a fleece pullover with his picture on it. Eeyore was not as happy! Our server was good,I believe his name was Loren and we saw our server from our previous trip there as well. After dinner we went directly to have our family picture taken at the Hall of Presidents. The line seemed long but the wait was not too bad. We were given a MVMCP button there also. We were able to see the attractions we wanted before the fireworks. We got in line for the cocoa and cookies and then took in a few more attractions before finding a spot near Country Bears for the second parade. The parade was wonderful. We took our time walking out and stopped in some shops on Main St. where it was beginning to snow. Took the boat back to Wl and enjoyed the lobby a bit before heading back to our room. It was a great night! Tommorow: MGM.
