I was wondering this as well because i am not knowledgeable enough to be able to benefit from cabin choice. I don't really know how to pick the best cabin and don't have the patience to really dig into it.

My TA called for me and apparently the cabin category I was wanting was already sold out and I'm silver, so... yeah, I think it's about cabin category/choice/location and prices can go up as well.
