I have not been yet (due to go in May) but I asked this question when booking and was told standard cabins are 2 bedroom with 1 double & 1 bunk bed with a bed settee in living room. The premier cabin is also 2 bedrooms with 1 double & 4 single beds. The premier plus is the same as the premier but these are located closer to the main area.
As Sparkygeezer said, the main difference between them are the room layouts. Having two separate bedrooms can be a lifesaver after a long day in the park if you have little ones. The premium ones also used to be newer homes but i think they have all been replaced since i last stayed there.
