I think he charges $13 per point but not 100% sure. He does come highly recommended.

im just trying to decide what to do. obviously disney have the massive deal on just now but i just dont think okw and saratoga are right for me as ive seen them before. i dont feel so secure renting from single people so i think this maybe a good option.

I don't think his point charge price is high. I know people who have saved as much as £2,000 from using his service, but yes you do have to decide well in advance where you want to stay as it's best to try & book from the 11 month mark because of availability.

You can easily check what the price difference is, just go onto his website & click onto 'Points Calculator' & choose your DVC Resort(s) & highlight the dates you're looking for - easy as that.

We've rented some points for our Xmas trip. The point cost is slightly higher than if you went direct with a renter but we paid that extra not to have the hassle of corresponding with a renter direct. Service good so far - only problem we had was using the online payment with our CC, but David was happy to take the details over the phone instead. Saved lots in comparison to Xmas rates onsite.
