Davenport FL

I found a villa rental in Davenport, FL. Like most post it lists few minutes to disney/Sea World, is Davenport a larger city, does it matter what part? When I google Davenport to Discovery Cove it said 25 minutes. Is that going to take 45 min to a hour? Should I be looking closer. We have a family of 6 and are used to staying on WDW property but this time we are skipping WDW and doing Discovery Cove and Sea World.

the town of Davenport is very small .

Your villa is probably around Hwy 27

Between Hwy 192 west & Hwy I -4

We are in Hampton Lakes on Hwy 27 & it will take us about 15 min to 20 min to get to Animal Kingdom & on to Disney Springs.

Travel on Hwy 27 North to join Hwy 192 And go to A.K.

Or

Go on Hwy 27 South & join I-4 East & follow Disney markers

As Woodview said, your villa is probably in the Hwy 27 area. We are close to the Champions Gate area and use exit 58 on I-4 to get to the theme parks. Your trip up to Discovery Cove/Seaworld will be strongly influenced by the traffic on I-4 which has been getting worse. The traffic can be dependent on the season and the attendance. You didn't say when you will be going. I would suggest watching Google traffic for I-4 for a few days to get a better sense of your commute times.

I am drawing a blank about the how long it took us to get to Seaworld the last time we went. I think it was about 25 minutes. But I don't recall there being much traffic that day.
